Talk about expensive London property
A garage near Buckingham Palace has been listed on the London property market today for £100,000, the size of the garage is just over 150 square foot, which is barely enough room to fit a car in. There is obviously no planning permission with this garage, nor will there ever be. It begs the questions whether its worth the money?
Surprisingly its not the most expensive garage in London, as that title goes to a garage sold in May for a huge £525,000!
Forget parking a Range Rover in here! Its only 150 square foot.
